Cookies burning on the top rack while the bottom stays pale point to an RTD sensor reading off, a weak bake element, or a stalled convection fan. We meter the sensor, replace it if it has drifted, then re-run the calibration.
A glow-bar igniter that glows orange but never lights the gas has lost the amperage it needs to open the safety valve. We measure the current draw, fit the OEM igniter, and confirm the burner holds.
